Policies

By booking our services or making a purchase, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for participants who are removed from a course due to any non-compliance with our policies.

 

Course Cancellations

KINEA Training Centre reserves the right to change or cancel courses. Participants will be notified via email or phone call of any changes and offered the option to reschedule.

 

Prerequisites

It is a participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet all prerequisites for their chosen course as listed on our website. Failure to meet these prerequisites before arrival at the first class will result in being unable to complete the course. No refunds will be provided.

 

Course Selection

It is a participant's responsibility to check their own requirements (i.e., job, school, volunteer, etc., requirements) prior to registering for a course. It is a participant's responsibility to ensure that they are enrolled into the correct course. While we will do our best to advise of the correct course to take, KINEA Training Centre assumes no responsibility for any enrollments that are made for an incorrect course selection. 

 

Course Transfers

If a participant books into an incorrect course, a $25 administrative fee will be charged to transfer into an adjacent or different course within 7 days of the initial course commencement.

 

Refunds & Re-scheduling

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for course cancellations or no-shows. 

Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days before course commencement.

 

Late Arrivals

Courses begin promptly at the designated time. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be accepted into the course. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

 

Guaranteed Success

KINEA Training Centre is invested in our participants' success. We will endeavor to work with each participant to ensure a successful completion of our courses. Each participant is required to complete an evaluation component to prove content comprehension. 

 

Conduct & Expectations

KINEA is a Centre for learning and training and expects to be treated as such.

KINEA Training Centre provides a safe and respectful environment for participants and employees. We will not tolerate violence, verbal abuse, or harassment of any kind towards KINEA staff or participants. Any participant who appears intoxicated by any substance will be asked to leave the premises. 

Due to the hands-on nature of the courses, participants must dress appropriately for a variety of movement.

Cell Phones

There is a strict no cellphone policy and all phones must be turned to silent and not taken out throughout the course. KINEA reserves the right to remove any participant found to be disrespectful or in violation of this policy.

 

Inherent Risk & Liability

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with courses and agree to relase KINEA Training Centre, its directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, subcontractors, and customers from any claims arising during or after participation.
